Die Reben für diesen Wein wachsen in verschiedenen Lagen, jede mit eigener Charakteristik und eigenem Mikroklima. Diese Vielfalt prägt den Wein und schenkt ihm Tiefe. Der Cabernet Franc verleiht Struktur, feine Würze und elegante Frische. Der Merlot bringt Fülle, weiche Frucht und samtige Textur. Der Tempranillo sorgt für dunkle Aromen, mediterrane Wärme und Tiefe. Der Blauburgunder schließlich schenkt Feinheit, lebendige Säure und filigrane Eleganz. Erst in der Zusammenführung entsteht jene Harmonie, die unsere Cuvée ausmacht – ein Wein, der Gegensätze vereint und im Glas zu einer stimmigen Einheit wird.
Der Name ist bewusst schlicht gewählt: cuvée rot. Er verweist direkt auf das Wesentliche – die Kunst der Verbindung. Für uns ist er mehr als eine Bezeichnung, er steht für eine Botschaft: Vielfalt, die zusammenfindet und Einheit, die aus Unterschied entsteht.
Unser Zugang bleibt klar: biodynamisch, handwerklich, kompromisslos qualitätsorientiert. Sanfter Rebschnitt, gezielte Begrünung, Tees und Präparate stärken die Vitalität der Reben. Jeder Arbeitsschritt – vom Rebschnitt bis zur Lese – erfolgt in Handarbeit und mit Gespür für den richtigen Moment.
Im Keller folgen wir dem Prinzip der Einfachheit und Natürlichkeit. Die Gärung erfolgt für jede Rebsorte getrennt spontan mit traubeneigenen Hefen. Nach der Gärung kommen die Weine im Betonfass zusammen. Dort verbinden sich ihre Eigenheiten zu einer stimmigen Komposition. Neun Monate auf der Feinhefe schenken dem Wein Tiefe und Geschmeidigkeit.
